I was in the baking aisle one day and saw a can of NO SUGAR ADDED cherry pie filling. I was elated. I took it home and come up with this cheesecake recipe. It's delicious and no one in the family knew it was sugar free.

1 box sugar free cheesecake instant pudding mix, dry
1 c skim milk
16 oz cream cheese room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can(s) no sugar added cherry pie filling
1 9 in. baked pie shell or my sugar free recipe for crust that is posted
1 container of sugar free cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Pour in pie shell. Layer Pie Filling on top of that. Chill for a couple hours. Serve with a dullop of cool whip.
  • 2. NOTE: If you want to make your own pie filling sugar free, just take a bag of frozen unsweetened fruit. Thaw thoroughly. Put in a saucepan with 1 Cup splenda and cook until syrupy. Add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and whisk until clear IF it needs thickened. Continue to add cornstarch if necessary but I don't think you will.

The hardest thing about this cherry cheesecake is waiting for the cake to chill in the refrigerator. But when you taste it, you'll realize it is worth waiting for something so yummy, tasty, and absolutely without sugar!

2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp erythritol (powdered )
½ cup butter (melted)
1/3 cup heavy cream
¼ cup cherries (or any berries, seed removed)
2 tbsp erythritol (powdered )
¼ cup cream cheese

Steps:

  • Melt butter then mix with almond flour, heavy cream, and sweetener.
  • Transfer the mixture into the round pan and press with a spoon or spatula.
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, cream cheese, sweetener, and cherries with an electric mixer. You can replace cherries with any type of berries.
  • Add the filling onto the crust. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

  • Blend it all together. Put it in graham cracker crust Bake at 350 For 23-30 min (depending on your oven).
  • Put in fridge and let cool -- then put whip cream on it.

1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup margarine, softened
¼ cup sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 (12.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice)

Steps:

  • Mix together graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a bowl until well incorporated and crumbly. Press into a pie plate, going up the sides as much as possible.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Whisk whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour cream cheese into prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Spread the cherry pie filling over the top, and refrigerate until serving.

1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup artificial sweetener (We use Splenda)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup artificial sweetener (We use Splenda)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup blueberries, fresh
2 tablespoons sugar-free jam (we use Smuckers blackberry)
1/2 cup artificial sweetener (We use Splenda)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white wine
2 teaspoons xanthan gum (optional thickener)

Steps:

  • Mix crust ingredients in a 8 or 9 inch glass pie dish.
  • Press into dish.
  • In mixer, beat eggs, cream cheese, sweetener, sour cream and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into crust.
  • While baking at 350°F for 20 minutes, prepare blueberry sauce.
  • On stove, place all ingredients over medium heat.
  • Cook until blueberries soften.
  • Pour on baked cheesecake and chill for a few hours.

1 1/4 cups crumbled ginger snaps or 1 1/4 cups crumbled vanilla wafers
3 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces light cream cheese
1 cup Splenda granular
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
1 -2 teaspoon lemon flavoring, for lemon cheesecake
1 to 2 teaspoon lemon, rind of, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients together and then press into a 10 inch spring form pan.
  • Bake in oven for 10 minutes and then remove and cool to room temperature.
  • Reset oven to 325°F
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar substitute and flour together until well mixed and smooth.
  • Add vanilla (and lemon extract or peel if desired).
  • Mix.
  • Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add milk and mix until smooth.
  • Pour filling over crust and bake 45-55 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch.
  • Turn off oven, open oven door slightly and allow to cool in oven (this helps prevent cracking).
  • After it had cooled for about 35- 40 minutes cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
