CHEESY SPICED PORK BURGERS
Steps:
- Preheat grill by turning it on to high and sit for 5 minutes. Scrape rack with a wire brush to remove any residue.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pork, shredded cheese and seasoning. Mix with hands until completely incorporated.
- Divide the meat evenly into 4 balls and flatten into round patties.
- Place on a plate and baste both sides of each patty with the olive oil. Add more olive oil, if necessary.
- Lower the grill heat to medium and place the patties onto the rack. Cover and cook for 7 - 10 minutes on each side, until the temperature registers 160° F. when a meat thermometer is inserted horizontally into the middle of each.
- Serve on buns and top with barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, and red onion, if desired.

- Combine the pork, feta, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, hot sauce, onions, and garlic in a bowl. Mix together well.
- Divide the mixture into 6 balls then form them into patties. Make a small indent with your thumb in the center of each patty.
- Prepare a grill for indirect heat, 325 to 350 degrees F (163 to 177 degrees C).
- Cook burgers until an internal temperature of 175 degrees F (79 degrees C). Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

QUICK AND EASY PORK BURGERS
Well, I made these up using our favorite ingredients. Ground pork is sometimes less expensive than ground beef. We have also had this with ground turkey and ground chicken. Everyone who has had them says that they are moist and flavorful. They are also easy to make! I usually make 4, we eat 2 and I freeze 2 to cook later. Enjoy! Let me know what you think of these :) .

- Let the mix refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Then press the mixture into patties (I make 4 of them).
- You have many choices on how to cook these!
- You can cook them on your indoor grill for 5-10 minutes each, or until they are cooked throughly.
- You could also cook them on the outdoor grill for 5-10 minutes each, or until they are cooked throughly.
- Lastly, you could cook them on the stove for 5-10 minutes each, or until they are cooked throughly.

This is a recipe i made up randomly. I had some ground pork lying around and decided to experiment. what you should get is a delecious cheesy burger that packs some good flavors. I served it with some sauted mushrooms.Tell me what you think!

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except for the mushrooms).
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into patties (I made 4).
- Your choice on how to cook them you could use a grill or a pan (I used a pan with some olive oil).
- Cook for about 5- 10 minutes each or until cooked through.
- In a seperate pan drizzle a bit of olive oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms.
- Serve on a bun or some toast.
- Enjoy!
