OLIVE CHEESE BREAD
For those of us who park ourselves in front of the relish tray at holiday gatherings? You will absolutely LOVE this! Cheesy & brine-y and the appetizer can not be beat.

Steps:
- Roughly chop both black olives and pimiento-stuffed olives. Slice green onions into thin pieces.
- Combine butter, mayonnaise, cheese, olives and green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined.
- Spread mixture thickly onto French bread that has been sliced lengthwise.
- Bake at 325ºF for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

CHEESY OLIVE SALAD FRENCH BREAD APPETIZER

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Slice bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- Place on a foil-lined baking sheet, cut side up, and toast for 3 minutes to get a slight toast on the bread.
- Remove from oven.
- Top with olive salad.
- Top with cheese to cover the olive salad.
- Place back in the oven and toast for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
- I don't let mine completely brown as the cheese doesn't pull as well but toast it to your liking.
- If you want the cheese to pull you need to add the olive salad to the bread and then slice your bread.
- Add the slices to the pan and push them together to form the loaf again.
- Then add the cheese and bake.
- This makes serving easier too!
- Plus you get that gorgeous cheese stretch!

CHEESY OLIVE GARLIC BREAD
I love Muffeletta mix.It comes in a jar and it is a mix of different olives, onions and peppers. It is more like a Olive Salad. Just ask your grocer. I tried Lexies Patio Bread and it was wonderful. I thought why not the Olive Muffeletta Mix. So I tried it and my DH loved it. I put a slice of bacon on one half, he loved the flavour. Use the bacon for your own preference.

These became popular in the '60's and are still good today. Bet you can't eat just one! Prep time includes 20 minutes of flash freezing.

- Mix together all the ingredients except the olives.
- It will be a thick mixture.
- Drain at least 48 stuffed green olives.
- Wrap approximately 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture around each olive, to completely cover it.
- Flash freeze covered olives at least 20 minutes.
- Store in a freezer bag until ready to serve.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 400F for about 15 minutes.
CHEESY BREADS
Of all the different appetizers I've made over the years, this one is always the first to go and it is SUPER easy to make. You can use either sweet or sour dough bread, both are tasty! I will usually assemble the Cheesy Breads the morning of the party on cookie sheets and cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge. When everyone has arrived at the party I just pop them in the oven and serve them piping hot! If you don't want the bread to be crunchy, broil them instead of baking them. I've tried them both ways and crunchy is better!
