THE BEST LOADED HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 11x7 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, half of the bacon and cheese, cream of mushroom/chicken soup, sour cream, and butter. Mix well and spread evenly into baking dish.
- Bake 50-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Top with remaining bacon and cheese and return to oven to bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with green onions. Serve and enjoy!

- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Place mixture in a 3 quart casserole dish.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, saute cornflakes in 1/4 cup melted butter, and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.
- Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

- In a large skillet over med-high heat, melt butter; add onion, green pepper, and tomato and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Add flour to skillet and stir briskly until flour is absorbed.
