Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Dip - Bubbling hot gooey, cheesy enchilada dip. Turn your favorite green chile chicken enchiladas into a dip perfect for game day.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, enchilada sauce, green chiles, cumin, chili powder and salt until well combined. Add in chicken, Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
- Pour into an oven safe skillet or baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and hot.
- Top with 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Return tot he oven until melted.
- Remove and serve with tortilla chips

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 10-inch ovenproof stainless steel skillet with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix.
- Add chicken, sweet corn, green chiles and 1 cup of the Mexican cheese blend, stirring to combine. Transfer mixture to skillet, and top with remaining 1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend.
- Bake 32 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling around edges. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.

- Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, pepperjack cheese, cream cheese, cubed cheese food, and Mexican cheese blend in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in microwave in 30 to 60 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the cheese is all melted and can be stirred into a smooth mixture, about 5 minutes; transfer to a slow cooker set to Low to keep warm while serving.

- Put all the ingredients --- except the tortilla chips --- into a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Make sure all the elements are well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a casserole dish. Spread out so it is an even depth. If you like you can sprinkle a few more of the chopped chilies across the surface.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling all around and starting to brown on the surface. If it's not bubbling and starting to brown, cook it a little longer. Finish off for a few minutes on the top rack under the broiler to get more browning, if you like.
