These Baked Ham and Cheese Rollups make for the best appetizer or dinner recipe! They are a crowd pleaser every time I make them. Made with crescent dough, smoked ham, swiss cheese, and a sweet mustard glaze.

Ingredients

1 tube crescent dough sheet
3/4 lb. Boar's Head SmokeMaster™ Black Forest Ham (thinly sliced)
12 slices swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup butter (melted {I use salted})
1 Tbsp. poppyseeds
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Roll out your crescent dough and and press into an approximately 13x18 inch rectangle. Top with ham and cheese.
Starting on the long side, roll the dough up tightly. Pinch the ends together and place with the seam facing down. Cut into 12 pieces.
Place your rollups in your baking dish, evenly spaced.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter, poppyseeds, mustard, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the sauce evenly over the rollups.
Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes until lightly browned.

24 slices white bread, crusts removed, flattened
1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham
12 egg s
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2 plum tomato es, sliced

Steps:

Top bread slices with ham; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs, milk and pepper until blended; pour over roll-ups. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Top roll-ups with cheese and tomatoes.
Bake (uncovered) 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
4 flour tortillas (10 inches)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1/4 pound thinly sliced provolone cheese
1/4 pound thinly sliced hard salami
1/2 cup julienned roasted sweet red peppers
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce, optional

Steps:

Brush 1 tablespoon oil on one side of tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Layer tortillas with ham, provolone cheese, salami, red peppers and mozzarella cheese. Fold in sides of tortillas; roll up. , Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425° for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.

2 packages dainty dinner rolls (in aluminum pans)
8 ounces sliced ham
8 ounces swiss cheese
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon onion flakes

Steps:

Slice top half off rolls while rolls are still attached to each other.
Set aside top half.
Layer bottom half with ham, then with cheese, covering to edges.
Replace top half and place on cutting board.
Using sharp knife, slice down through individual rolls.
Place in glass baking just large enough to hold both packages without crowding together.
Melt the stick of margarine in saucepan; add poppy seed, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, and onion flakes.
Stir and pour over top of rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
