CREAMY RANCH STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS WITH BACON

- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, salad dressing mix, cheese and bacon until blended. Pipe or stuff into pepper halves. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Cut into 1-1/4-in. pieces.

CHEESE STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS

Steps:
- Cut tops off banana peppers. Slit peppers in half lengthwise being careful not to slit through both sides. Remove seeds.
- Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, tomato, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff peppers with cheese mixture. Wrap with bacon slice. Secure with a toothpick. Place on a rack with broiler pan. Broil for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and oozing.
DELICIOUS STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS
Spicy meets sweet and creamy in these stuffed banana peppers. Makes a great snack or an appetizer for a party. Great for large groups as you can easily control the amount of spiciness. This is one of my favorites!

Steps:
- Soak toothpicks in water for 15 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Cut a slit lengthwise through each pepper without slicing it in half. Cut another slit about 1/4 inch from the stem across the previous slit, forming a 'T'. Remove seeds, as desired, using a paring knife.
- Fill each pepper with the cream cheese stuffing mixture using a small spoon. Wrap each pepper with a slice of raw bacon. Slide 1 toothpick through the center of each pepper to hold onto the bacon and keep pepper closed.
- Grill stuffed peppers for 15 minutes. Turn and cook until bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes more.

- Cut peppers into quarters. Remove and discard stems and seeds. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, blue cheese, bacon and green onion until blended., Grill peppers, covered, over medium-high heat or broil 4 in. from heat until slightly charred, 2-3 minutes on each side., Remove peppers from grill; fill each with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Grill until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes longer.

CHEESY BACON BANANA PEPPERS
This is a delicious and easy to prepare recipe that you will love! Irondesert.com helped me come up with the idea. They use jalepenos, but I prefer banana peppers.

Steps:
- Cut the tops off of all the peppers and discard stems.
- Remove insides of peppers with a paring knife being careful not to puncture the peppers.
- Stuff each pepper with a mixture of the cheeses until they are full to the top.
- Cut each slice of bacon into 3 sections.
- Wrap the small section of bacon over the top of each pepper securing with a toothpick on the sides to create a "lid" for the peppers.
- Stick your kabob skewer through all the peppers width-wise (near the top or widest part of the pepper).
- Set the peppers upright in the bread pan so the cheese will not seep out as it melts. (The skewer will help prop them up).
- Set the pan of peppers on a baking sheet in case any grease drippings occur from the bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until the bacon is crisp.

- Mix the hash browns, soup, sour cream, milk, spices, bacon, & 1/2 cup of shredded cheese together in a large bowl. (Save the rest of the shredded cheese to place on top of the casserole).

- cut tops of banana peppers, edge out seeds (be careful not to slit it open on sides) stuff cheese in pepper with little finger make sure it reaches bottom.
- batter egg add seasoning put peppers in to soak.
- take out and roll in flour or bread crumbs repeat process for thicker crust.
- turn on deep fryer and fry until golden brown or cheese melt.
- this is good for finger snacks.
