SUPER BOWL CHEESY SAUSAGE DIP
I like to double this recipe and serve warm out of the crockpot, with Tostitos Tortilla Scoops or Fritos Corn Chips for dipping! Only three ingredients and very easy prep. Can be made medium or spicy (I make ours med., and keep a bottle of Tabasco on hand for those that like more heat). Perfect man-pleasing, hearty dip for game day entertaining, tailgating, and fall sports events--everybody loves it!

CHEESY BREAD BOWL DIP
This is a recipe I found online about 6 years ago. Whenever we are invited anywhere this is always requested. The best part of this recipe is when the dip is gone and the bread has soaked up all the yummy dip. It's heavenly!!! You can use the bread cubes or crackers or veggies to dip. Enjoy!

I served this recipe at a holiday party. It was the first appetizer to disappear, and was one of the easiest to prepare. With all that pork bacon, cheese, and a bread bowl - where else to put this recipe but the Midwestern U.S. states.

- Using a serrated knife, cut a deep well in the center of the bread loaf. Cut deep enough that you have a large bread "core" to cut and use for dipping, but make sure the bottom of the loaf is still intact, to use as a vessel to hold the dip. Cut the core into chunks. Set the bread bowl on a platter and arrange the bread chunks around it.
- In a large skillet, brown the pork sausage over medium heat. Use a wooden spoon to break the sausage into small pieces while cooking. Once cooked, add the cream cheese to the skillet and move around the pan until fully melted.
- Once the cream cheese has melted, stir in the sour cream, sharp cheddar, and green chiles in their juices. Allow the mixture to bubble and melt. Then stir until smooth.
- Mix in 1/3 cup of chopped green onions. Pour the hot sausage cheese dip into the bread bowl, then sprinkle the remaining green onions over the top. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Start by browning the Italian sausage in a pan over high heat-about 8 min (I didn't need any oil because the meat let off its own juices). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. After the meat starts to brown, add in the chopped up onion and red pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl of a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise (it helps if they're at room temperature, but a few lumps are ok). Mix until all are well combined and creamy.
- Then add the 1 cup of the Parmesan Cheese, chopped banana peppers, spinach, and sausage, peppers and onion mixture (drain any excess liquid from cooking before adding it). Mix until everything is combined.
