Probably the best homemade cheesecake I've ever made or eaten. Everyone I've made it for loves it too.

2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries), thawed, well drained
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix cracker crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  • Beat Neufchatel and 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add berries; beat on low speed just until blended. Whisk in COOL WHIP. Pour over crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

1-3/4 cups milk
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
8 graham crackers, divided
1/3 cup sugar, divided
2-1/2 cups frozen whole strawberries, slightly thawed

Steps:

  • Blend milk, vanilla, cream cheese, 7 crackers and 3 Tbsp. sugar in blender until smooth. Pour 2 cups cream cheese mixture into liquid measuring cup. Reserve for later use.
  • Add strawberries and remaining sugar to remaining cream cheese mixture in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 5 glasses.
  • Pour reserved cream cheese mixture gently over strawberry mixture in glasses. Crumble remaining cracker; sprinkle over smoothies.
  • Serve immediately.

I had some cottage cheese I needed to use up so this smoothie was invented. You may use fresh fruit for this but you may need to add some ice cubes to make it thick. Note: It is not intended to be a sweet smoothie, so if it is not sweet enough feel free to add additional sugar or honey.

1/2 frozen banana ((about 1/2 cup))
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup whole milk cottage cheese

Steps:

  • Add the orange to the blender, then top with the additional ingredients.
  • Blend, starting on low and working up to high until very smooth and creamy. Use the stick that came with your blender to help move the ingredients around if needed-it may at first seem like there's not enough liquid, but there will be as soon as the orange starts to be blended up. (If your blender doesn't have a stick, stop the blender a few times and move the ingredients around with a spoon.)
  • Serve immediately in a cup, in a bowl with a spoon, or in a reusable pouch.
