COSMO

Steps:

• In a shaker with ice, combine the vodka, tropical punch, triple sec and lime juice and shake until chilled. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

CHAMPAGNE COSMO (JON ASHTON)

Steps:

• Combine first four ingredients in a small pitcher. Divide among four champagne glasses.
• Top off with chilled Champagne or prosecco.
• Garnish with an orange twist.

COSMOPOLITAN CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Stir together Cointreau, juices, and sugar and chill, covered, 2 to 6 hours.
• Just before serving, divide among 10 Champagne flutes and top off with Champagne.

CHAMPAGNE COSMO

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, shake cranberry juice, pear brandy and orange liqueur vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
• Slowly top with Champagne; garnish with the cranberries.

COSMOPOLITAN CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Stir together Cointreau, cranberry Juice, lime juice, and sugar. Chill, covered, for 2 to 6 hours. To serve, divide mixture among 10 champagne flutes, then top each with champagne.

COSMOPOLITAN CHAMPAGNE

Steps:

• Place cranberry juice in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until reduced by two-thirds. Remove from heat and set aside for 30 minutes to cool.
• Combine the cranberry juice, Cointreau and lime juice in a small jug. Place a sugar cube in each serving glass. Pour the cranberry mixture over the sugar. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine and serve immediately.

CHAMPAGNE COSMOPOLITAN

Steps:

• Combine cranberry juice, Grand Marnier, and lime juice in a small pitcher and mix well.
• Hold a lime strip over a tall Champagne flute, twist or tie it into a single knot to release the essential oils, and drop the zest into the flute. Repeat with remaining zest and seven more flutes.
• Divide the juice mixture equally among the flutes. Top each flute with the sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
