CARDAMOM BREAD

Cardamom Bread image

I got this recipe from my English teacher who wanted us to do a project on medieval times. I expected this medieval bread to turn out tasteless and gray but it was surprisingly good! My brother enjoyed it the most and hes not one for complimenting me on my cooking ;). It is a sweet bread that is good at breakfast or with coffee and tea. It tastes the best with Recipe #128436.

CRANBERRY TEA BREAD

Cranberry Tea Bread image

From Body + Soul Magazine. I made a few changes to the recipe - I didn't have cardamom so used a pinch of allspice and an 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves. I added 1 teaspoon vanilla to the wet ingredients and I forgot to add the oil. I didn't have the ginger so I added pecans. It turned out great, but next time I'm planning to make it as written.
