Cantaloupe Lemon Vodka Cocktail Food
CANTALOUPE MARTINI
Steps:
- Chill 4 martini glasses.
- In a blender, add water, cantaloupe, sugar, and lime. Puree in blender until liquid consistency. Strain into a measuring cup. Fill a martini shaker with ice cubes. Pour in 1 part melon vodka to 2 parts cantaloupe juice. Shake vigorously.
- To serve, pour into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a slice of lime or drizzle lemon liqueur over the top and let sink to the bottom.

Steps:
- Fill a glass with ice. Add the cantaloupe syrup and gin and stir for 10 to 15 seconds. Top with a splash of seltzer and stir once again. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Add the cantaloupe, lime zest and juice to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth. Strain liquid into a measuring cup. Stir in agave.
