1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
4 beef ribeye steaks (8 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, mix first nine ingredients. Add steaks; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight., Drain steaks, discarding marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°), 5-7 minutes per side.Freeze option: Freeze steaks with marinade in a resealable plastic freezer bag. To use, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Drain beef, discarding marinade. Grill as directed.

⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic

Steps:

  • Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar*
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
3 garlic cloves, (minced (1 Tbsp))
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary ((optional))
4 (8 oz) steaks**

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, pepper and rosemary until well blended.
  • Place steak in a gallon size resealable bag, place steak in gallon size resealable bag. Pour marinade over steaks, seal bag while pressing out excess air. Transfer to refrigerator and let marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade and grill to desired doneness*. Let rest off heat 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

30 small white mushrooms (200g)
1/2 red onion, cut into 1" cubes
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
2/3 cup Coconut Aminos (soy sauce can be substituted)
1 tsp granulated stevia (or white sugar)
1/4 cup olive oil
20 wooden skewers

Steps:

  • Cut steak and onion into cubes. Thread onto wooden skewers alternating steak, mushrooms and onion. Place into a large freezer safe bag. Pour remaining ingredients over skewers and freeze until needed. To cook, defrost and grill until steak is cooked to desired doneness.

2 cups ketchup
2 cups cola-flavored carbonated beverage (such as Coca-Cola®)
2 cups Italian-style salad dressing
5 pounds beef sirloin tips

Steps:

  • Mix ketchup, cola, and Italian salad dressing in a large bowl. Coat beef tips with the mixture and marinate in refrigerator for at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Drain beef tips, discarding used marinade.
  • Grill beef tips on the preheated grill until browned and slightly pink inside, 5 to 8 minutes per side. An instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest piece should read at least 145 degrees F (65 degrees C).

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tablespoons ground cloves

Steps:

  • In a jar, shake together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Season with mustard, salt, pepper, parsley and ground cloves.
  • Shake again until it is well mixed.
  • Put meat in a large bowl.
  • Pour marinade over meat and let stand covered for at least 2 hours.
  • Alternatively, put steaks and marinade in freezer bags and store in the freezer until you are ready to go camping!
