A great wake up coffee with lovely flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1 - egg,slightly beaten
1 - eggshell, crushed
1/2 cup(s) cold water
1/2 cup(s) coffee, regular ground
a few grai - salt
6 cup(s) freshly boiling water

Steps:

1. Rinse the coffee pot or a saucepan that has a tight cover with hot water to heat it Mix the first 5 ingredients in the pot, add the boiling water and stir thoroughly. If using a coffee pot, stuff the spout with soft paper to prevent the escape of the fragrant aroma.
2. Over moderate heat, bring slowly to the boiling point. Simmer 3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup cold water to help clearing.
3. Pour carefully into cups. If keeping warm, use low heat to keep the coffee from boiling.
