Here's something yummy you have to make with those sour oranges. Can be topped with more frozen whipped topping if desired.

Steps:
- Combine sweetened condensed milk with calamondin juice in a bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into the pie crust.
- Freeze until set, at least 1 hour.

This recipe comes from Mrs MacKinnon. She used to make this cake when they would spend their winters in Florida. A family favourite!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- Grease a 9-inch Bundt cake pan.
- Combine the cake mix, jello and milk together in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, oil and puree. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon batter in prepared pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
- To prepare the Glaze combine all the ingredients and spoon over warm cake.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of springform pan with parchment paper and grease its sides. Set aside.
- Cut calamondin in half and remove seeds. Put de-seeded calamondin halves in blender and pureé. Pour into small bowl and set aside.
- If you are using a blender for the wet ingredients, you do not need to wash it out. Simply add eggs, olive oil, stevia drops, almond milk, granulated sugar substitute, orange extract, and 1/2 cup calamondin pureé and blend well.
- In large bowl, combine dry ingredients - almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot starch, baking powder, and salt.
