Cake Mix Banana Nut Bread Food

BANANA SPICE BREAD RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In medium mixing bowl, mash peeled Bananas until gooey.
• Add powdered Cake Mix, Cinnamon, Eggs, and Oil into Banana mixture, and stir until well combined.
• Spray bottom and sides of two 9×5 Non-stick Loaf Pans with Cooking Spray.
• Evenly pour mixture into 2 loaf pans.
• Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Allow to cool in pans for 5 minutes, then transfer loaves to wire racks to finish cooling. Enjoy!

BANANA NUT CAKE FROM CAKE MIX

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" cake pan, or spray with Baker's Joy coating.
• 2. Mash bananas. With a mixer, beat in eggs, oil, and buttermilk. Add cake mix and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl once during mixing. Stir in pecans.
• 3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in center of oven for 30-35 minutes, until cake tests done in center (springs back when lightly touched). Cool cake in pan.
• 4. To make frosting: Use a DEEP saucepan. Bring milk, butter, and sugar to a rolling boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Test by dropping 1/4 teaspoon on cold plate; it should form a small thick mound. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla. Let cool slightly, then spoon over top of cake. Allow to cool completely before serving.

CHEATING BANANA NUT BREAD

Steps:

• 1. Mix eggs and bananas until creamy. Add cake mix. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Fold in nuts. Bake 300 for 45 minutes.
• 2. Bake in one regular loaf pan or 4 small loaf pans

Steps:

• Mix ingredients together. Receipe makes two 4"x 8" loaves.
• Bake in 350° F oven for 45-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

CAKE MIX BANANA NUT BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 1 large bundt pan.
• Mix all ingredients together until well blended and pour into pan(s).
• Bake for 30-35 minutes (45 minutes, approximately for the bundt pan) or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
• Remove from oven to cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
• Cool completely on wire rack.

• In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, egg and milk. Add bananas; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. , Pour into two greased 8x4-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.

QUICK BANANA NUT BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 2 9x5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
• Mix cake mix, pecans, bananas, water, vegetable oil, pudding mix, and eggs together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until evenly blended. Pour half the batter into each of the prepared loaf pans.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle of each loaf comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan OR 2 smaller loaf pans with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
• Mash bananas in large bowl with a masher or back of fork.
• Stir in cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. Mix until combined.
• Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
• Let bread cool before removing from pan.

EASY CAKE-MIX BANANA BREAD

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans with cooking spray; lightly flour pans.
• Select your favorite banana bread recipe variation from those below.
• In large bowl, beat all ingredients above plus ingredients from selected variation below until well mixed. Divide batter evenly between pans.
• Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of loaves comes out clean and inside of cracks do not look wet. Cool 15 minutes in pans on cooling racks. Remove loaves from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 2 hours, to prevent crumbling when slicing. For easier slicing, store loaves tightly covered 24 hours. Cut with serrated knife, using a light sawing motion.

BANANA NUT CAKE/BREAD

Steps:

• Cream butter.
• Add sugar gradually.
• Add eggs and beat thoroughly.
• Add bananas and flavoring.
• Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.
• Add nuts.
• Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

3-INGREDIENT BANANA BREAD

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan with parchment, leaving a 2-inch overhang on the longer sides.
• Mash 3 of the bananas with a fork in a large bowl until very smooth, reserving the fourth and least-bruised banana for the bread topper. Whisk in the eggs and cake mix until just combined and no lumps remain.
• Transfer to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a small offset spatula. Slice the remaining banana in half lengthwise, then place the halves cut-side up on top of the batter, with the curves facing each other. Bake until deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
• Transfer the loaf pan to a wire rack to cool slightly, about 10 minutes. Run a knife or offset spatula around the edges of the pan, then invert the banana bread onto the wire rack and cool completely.
