Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil and white chocolate. Melt in microwave for 60 seconds. Stir every 15 seconds until melted.
• Place cereal in large bowl and add extract into melted chocolate.
• Mix in melted chocolate and sprinkles then stir until evenly coated.
• In a large plastic bag, add powdered sugar and the cereal mix.
• Close and shake until each cereal is coated with sugar.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Yield: about 11-1/2 cups (about 5 batches)., To prepare banana cake: In a bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir in 2-1/4 cups cake mix and banana; mix well. Fold in walnuts. • Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. On low speed, beat in flour in 3 additions alternately with milk in 2 additions, just until blended, scraping sides of bowl as needed.

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate and peanut butter. Melt in microwave for 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth.
• Place the rice cereal in large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir to coat.
• In a large plastic bag, add the powdered sugar and cereal. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is well coated.
• Add the peanut butter chocolate candy and shake to incorporate.

CAKE BATTER CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• Heat oven to 250°F. In large bowl, place cereal; set aside.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave white chips and butter uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second increments until chips and butter are softened and can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
• Drizzle mixture over cereal; toss until well coated. Sprinkle dry cake mix, powdered sugar and sprinkles over cereal; toss until well coated. Spread in single layer in 15x10-inch pan or large cookie sheet.
• Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

CAKE BATTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
• Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a medium to large bowl stir together the cake mix and baking powder.
• Add eggs and oil.
• Mix together, the batter will be dry and a bit crumbly just keep mixing, let stand a minute, mix more, it will come together eventually but note it will be drier than usual cookie dough.
• Stir in chocolate chips.
• Drop onto baking sheet in heaping spoonfuls
• Bake for 10 minutes.
