- Instructions for Italian seasoning: In a food processor, combine basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.
- Instructions for Cajun seasoning: In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Or, combine in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine. Store covered at room temperature.

Use this mixture for barbecue ribs, chicken, blackened fish, Cajun soups or sauces, blackened steaks, and blackened pasta.
