CABO BEACH CHEESEBURGER

Steps:

• Heat grill to medium heat.
• Shape ground beef into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, cook bacon as directed on package.
• Top burgers with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
• Spread rolls with aioli; fill with cheeseburgers, bacon, avocados and cilantro.

CABO BEACH BURGER

Steps:

• Combine beef, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and garlic in a medium bowl. Shape the beef mixture into 4 patties; set aside while grill heats.
• Heat your grill, grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side or to your desired doneness.
• Meanwhile, cook bacon as directed on package and drain on paper towels. Make it easy and microwave the bacon on some paper towels and do this in advance.
• Place cheese on top of patties about a minute before removing from heat, to allow it to melt slightly.
• Toast your buns if you like, spread chipotle mayonnaise on bottom bun. Place a patty on the bottom bun and top with a avocado slices, 1 slice of bacon broken in half, cilantro and the top bun.
