Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
6 tbsps. butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest® Northwest Triple Berry Preserves
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edge of pan. Coat with no-stick cooking spray.
  • COMBINE butter, powdered sugar and flour in medium bowl. Stir with fork until evenly moistened and mixture comes together to form a ball of dough. Press evenly in prepared pan.
  • BAKE 15 to 18 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Spread preserves over crust. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut. Spread over preserves. Sprinkle with almonds.
  • BAKE 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Remove from pan lifting with edges of foil.

1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shortening
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground cinnamon
4 cups raspberries
½ cup white sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease one 13x9-inch pan.
  • Combine 1 cup of the sugar, the flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, shortening, and egg. Dough will be crumbly. Pat half of the dough into the prepared pan.
  • Combine the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, the cornstarch and berries. Place mixture over dough in pan. Crumble the remaining dough over the tops of the berries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until top is slightly browned, about 45 minutes.

1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate pieces (2 cups)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter, flavor pieces
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Press cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan with floured hands.
  • Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over dough.
  • Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chips; top with peanuts and peanut butter pieces.
  • Press down firmly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are firm.
  • Cool in pan on a wire rack.
  • Beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk.
  • Add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, to make of drizzling consistency.
  • Drizzle over cookies.
  • Cut into bars.
  • Make-ahead tip: Cover pan and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large egg yolks
2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or 2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest® Northwest Triple Berry Preserves

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 325°F Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • BEAT butter until soft and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, beating until well blended. Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly. Fold in nuts.
  • SPREAD half of batter evenly into prepared pan. Spread with preserves. Top with remaining batter dropped by spoonfuls.
  • BAKE 50 to 60 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.

  • Put oats into the food processor and pulse until a coarse “flour” forms. Add the regular flour, sugar, and salt to the food processor. Pulse a few times to mix. Cut the butter into 1/2-inch cubes, and add to the flour mixture. Process until the butter is evenly distributed but the mixture is still crumbly, 30-60 seconds. (I had to do this in 3 batches because of the size of my food processor.)
  • Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the mixture to use as the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan, and bake 12-15 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes.
  • To make the filling, whisk the eggs in a large bowl, then add the sugar, sour cream, flour, salt, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the berries and spoon the mixture over the crust. Sprinkle the remaining flour mixture evenly over the filling, and bake 45 to 55 minutes.
