Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a pastry brush, lightly coat cut-side of squash with butter; season with salt. Transfer to a roasting pan filled with 1/4-inch water, skin-side down. Cover with parchment paper-lined foil; bake until squash is tender, about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, prick potato all over using a fork; place on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Roast until tender, about 1 hour.
- When cool enough to handle, scoop out flesh from both squash and potato; transfer to blender. Add cinnamon, if desired; puree until smooth.
- Allow to cool before serving. Use immediately, or freeze in airtight containers for up to 3 months.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot, celery, onion, and garlic in hot butter until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Pour chicken stock and sweet bell peppers into butternut squash mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until squash and potato are tender, about 40 minutes.
- Pour squash mixture into a blender no more than half full. Cover and hold lid down; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Puree in batches until smooth.
- Return pureed soup to pot and season with salt and black pepper.

Steps:
- Place the sweet potatoes and butternut squash into a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.
- Mash the sweet potatoes and butternut squash, then add cinnamon, nutmeg, and syrup. Mix until smooth.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place squash and yams on prepared baking sheet, cut side down. Roast until very tender, about 1 hour. Cool slightly. Scoop out flesh and transfer to large saucepan. Mash with potato masher until smooth. Stir in broth and ras el hanout. Season puree to taste with salt and pepper. (Puree can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
- Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, bell pepper, and sugar. Sauté until onions are golden brown and tender, about 15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Rewarm before continuing.)
- Bring puree to simmer, adding more broth to thin if necessary. Stir in 3/4 of onion-bell pepper mixture. Transfer to serving bowl. Top with remaining onion-bell pepper mixture and serve.

- Cut Squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds. FIll seed wells with chopped onions, celery , and bell peppers and 1 tbsp of water. Roast in oven at 350 for 1 hour until squash is fork tender. Remove skin and puree. Use 1 cup fat free sodium free chicken broth to thin puree as it mixes in frood processor. (If desired, you can prepare squash the day before and store in fridge until ready to use).
- Cook frozen peas in microwave per directions on bag. Slice your onions and bell peppers into rings. While peas are cooking, place pureed squash in a 9x12 rectangular glass baking dish. Chop roma tomatoes and gently stir into squash.
- When peas are done, stir into squash gently with Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Layer your pepper and onion rings across the top of your squash. Sprinkle with dried parsley and a bit more Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend.
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until hot, but still moist.

- Cut open squash and and remove filling (separate the seeds).
- Cut filling into 1 inch chunks.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put potatoes on a baking pan and bake at 400-450 until done (probably about 45 minutes, but that depends on the size of the chunks).
