Steps:
- Carefully slice the pack of dinner rolls in half, being sure to keep the rolls connected as a single units as they are split into tops and bottoms.
- Remove the top and place the bottom section in a 9x12 inch (23x30 cm) baking dish.
- Sprinkle the bottom with about 1 cup (100 g) of the shredded mozzarella cheese (make sure it is evenly coated as this will act as a barrier between the sauce and the bread, preventing the rolls from getting soggy).
- Top the cheese with the shredded rotisserie chicken. Drizzle the hot sauce and ranch dressing evenly over the chicken and spread out evenly with a spoon. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top and brush evenly with melted butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melty and the rolls have heated through.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly before transferring to a cutting board.
- Using a large knife, follow the lines of the rolls, cutting them into 12 individual sliders.

- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth.
- Mix in chicken and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles. On a large cookie sheet, arrange the triangles in ring, dough should overlap, leaving around 5 inches (12 ¾ cm) in the center.
- Layer half of the Mozzarella on each triangle closest to the ring.
- Spoon mixture on top of the Mozzarella. Top with the rest of the Mozzarella.
- Bring the top of the triangle over the filling and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed.
- Bake at 375˚F (190˚C) for 35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices. Serve with choice dressing.

- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yeast, warm water, and ½ teaspoon sugar. Let sit until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ¼ cup sugar, the all-purpose flour, bread flour, salt, eggs, canola oil, and honey. Fit the mixer with the dough hook and mix on low speed until combined, about 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium and continue mixing, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until a smooth ball forms, 5-7 minutes.
- Grease a large bowl with nonstick spray. Add the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest at room temperature until the dough is almost doubled in size, 1½-2 hours.
- Meanwhile, make the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce, cream cheese, and minced scallions. Mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large pizza sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the egg wash: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water until combined.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and transfer to a lightly floured surface. Roll 1 portion into a 12-inch round and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Spread half of the chicken filling evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the filling.
- Roll out another dough portion and place on top of the cheese. Layer the remaining filling and cheese over the dough. Roll out the last dough portion and place it on top. Press the edges together to seal.
- Use a cup to gently mark a 3-inch circle in the center of the dough. Using a sharp knife, make 16 equal cuts from the edges of the center circle to the edges of the dough. Take 2 adjacent portions of dough and twist toward each other 2 or 3 times. Pinch the ends of the dough together. Repeat with remaining sections of dough until there are 6 points to the star. Brush the egg wash evenly over the bread.
- Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle more Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce over the star and serve with more sauce for dipping.

- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, red onion, black pepper, and celery salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Unroll the pie dough and cut out 4 circles from each sheet using a 3½-inch (8.75 cm) round cutter. Re-roll and cut out as many circles as you can, about 10 total. Discard the dough scraps. Place the dough circles on the prepared baking sheets.
- Fill each dough circle with 1 heaping tablespoon of the buffalo chicken filling. Fold in half to form a half-moon shape. Using a fork, press all along the outer edges to seal the dough together. Brush all over with the beaten egg yolks.

- Cut the pizza dough tubes in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 2-inch (5 cm) pieces, and roll into balls.
- Place the pizza dough balls in a large bowl, then add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss gently with your hands to coat.
- Add the mozzarella and onion and toss gently with your hands until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken and ¼ cup (65 g) of barbecue sauce. Add to the bowl with the dough balls and toss gently with your hands to incorporate.
- Fill the bottom of a 9-inch (22 cm) cake pan with dough balls, make sure not to pack them too tightly. Spray the outside of a small oven-safe bowl with nonstick spray and place on top of the dough balls in the middle of the pan. Fill the area around the bowl with the remaining dough balls.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops of the dough balls begin to turn light brown.
- Remove from the oven. Use tongs to remove the small bowl and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the tops of the dough balls are golden brown and bubbling.
- Fill the bowl indent with the remaining cup of barbecue sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.

- Cut chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat teaspoon of olive oil in skillet and add chicken when hot. Cook chicken completely and then add 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Stir to coat chicken and let simmer for a minute or two. Take chicken off heat and let cool.
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
- On a well floured surface, spread pizza dough into a long rectangle shape. Add ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (depending on your preference!) and remaining 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Spread across the dough. Add chicken and then top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. You can also add a bit more of the wing sauce on top of the cheese if you want it to be a little bit spicier.
- Starting on one of the short ends, roll it up until you reach the other end. Make sure to tuck the ends of the dough in so the middle doesn't 'ooze' out when baking.
- Spray baking sheet with light coat of non-stick cooking spray. Place garbage bread on the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let sit for five minutes and cut into and enjoy!
