2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts (from about 2 breasts)
One 8-ounce block cream cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup hot sauce (I like Frank's)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Put the chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, yogurt, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until creamy. Spread on a toasted bagel. Yum!

8 slices bacon
8 hot dog buns, buttered and lightly toasted
Buffalo wings sauce, for topping
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup very thinly sliced celery
Ranch dressing, for topping

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill to medium high.
  • Wrap each hot dog in a slice of bacon. Use 2 toothpicks to secure at each end. Grill, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy, 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Place each hot dog on a bun. Top with Buffalo sauce, blue cheese, celery and a drizzle of ranch.

16 ounces cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) bottle ranch dressing or 1 (16 ounce) bottle blue cheese dressing
1 (8 ounce) bottle hot sauce, Frank's brand
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Melt cream cheese and blend with salad dressing until smooth.
  • Spread chicken in 9 x 12 baking dish. Pour hot sauce over chicken.
  • Pour cream cheese / dressing mixture over all.
  • Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove foil, top with cheese and bake an additional ten minutes.

2 lbs chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and about 4-5 breasts)
12 ounces buffalo wing sauce (I use 1 bottle of Frank's Buffalo wing sauce)
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) bottle bleu cheese salad dressing (or ranch if you prefer)
8 -10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • In large saucepan, boil chicken in water until cooked through (about 17-20 minutes).
  • Drain chicken well and shred thoroughly with two forks.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine chicken & wing sauce and spread evenly into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • In large saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and dressing, stirring until smooth and hot.
  • Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and evenly spinkly the grated cheese over the top.
  • Return dip to oven and back uncovered for an additional 10-12 minutes.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with celery, carrots and bagel chips.
  • *TIP-marinade chicken overnight in buffalo style marinade. Shred chicken with two forks only -- don't attempt to shred by hand. When dip is removed from oven at the 20 minute mark and when ready to serve, take a large spoon and skim off the excess oil from the surface of the dip. If using bleu cheese dressing, sprinkle some bleu cheese crumbles on top of the chicken layer prior to pouring on the cream cheese/dressing mixture.

I make these all the time for my husbands pot luck at work. They are a big hit!

4 boneless chicken breasts
20 mini bagels
1/2 bottle of franks buffalo hot sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ranch
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool. Shred the chicken. In a sauce pan put hot sauce, butter, and ranch. Heat on low until butter is melted. If the sauce is still too hot add more butter and ranch until the sauce is right for you. Add the chicken and mix. Place the bagels separated apart on a cookie sheet. Add chicken mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven on broil until cheese is melted and brown on top. Please use an oven light if you have one and stay close. This process takes no longer than 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
