Green Chili Dip Food

GREEN CHILE SPINACH DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1-quart baking dish and set aside.
• In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the chilies, spinach, pepper jack and Parmesan cheeses. In another bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and then fold into the chile and cheese mixture until well combined.
• Transfer to a prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbling and starting to brown. If the dip is bubbling and not browning, place under the broiler for a couple minutes.
• Serve warm with tortilla chips.

HOT PARMESAN GREEN CHILE PEPPER DIP

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350ºF.
• Combine bread crumbs and 1 Tbsp. Parmesan.
• Mix remaining Parmesan with remaining ingredients in shallow ovenproof dish until blended; top with crumb mixture.
• Bake 15 min. or until top is golden brown, and dip is hot and bubbly around edge.

GREEN CHILI ARTICHOKE DIP

Steps:

• Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and Parmesan.
• Drain artichokes and dice. Add to cream cheese mixture.
• Add green chilies.
• Add spices.
• Stir until well combined.
• Heat, if desired.
• *Note: Add Parmesan according to taste. You may want to omit any salt as Parmesan and artichokes are salty.

SOUTHWEST CORN & GREEN CHILI DIP

Steps:

• Combine ingredients, do a taste test, if it needs more spice, add 1 teaspoons of the jalapeno juice or if you really like it hot, add 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper or more jalapenos.
• Flavor is better if allowed to set overnight or up to two days.
• Serve with corn chips.

CREAMY GREEN CHILE DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl stir together all the ingredients and mix well.
• Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
• Serve withwheat crackers, pita chips, or veggies.

GREEN CHILI HUMMUS DIP

Steps:

• Put all ingredients in food processor and mix till nice and smooth.
• Adding water or olive oil to create a smoother dip if desired.
• Serve with chips or toasted pita wedges.
