Ingredients

1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (15 oz. each) baked beans
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; drain. Set aside.
Brown ground beef in same skillet on medium heat; drain. Add onion; cook until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add bacon and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish; cover.
Bake 45 minutes.

My Grandma Lola used to make these cookies every time we would visit. They are even good the second day. Just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds!!

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
.3 cup wheat germ
3 cups rolled oats

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium size mixing bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
In a large mixing bowl cream butter, white and brown sugars together until light and fluffy. Dribble vanilla into the creamed mixture. Beat the eggs, one at a time, into the mixture. Add the sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture. Beat until well mixed.
Pour chocolate chips, wheat germ and oats into the mixture; fold into dough until well combined. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are just slightly brown. The cookies will look undercooked but that is the correct consistency. Cool on a wire rack.

Rich, chewy cookies with lots of butterscotch flavor! Pecans and toffee bits add texture and flavor. These butterscotch oatmeal cookies freeze well baked or unbaked.

Ingredients

2 cups all -purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups old fashioned or quick cooking oatmeal (Not instant)
6 ounces butterscotch chips (about 1 cup)
6 ounces toffee pieces (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup pecans (coarsely chopped)

Steps:

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together.
Blend butter and sugars together, creaming well.
Add eggs, and beat until light and fluffy.
Add the almond extract and flour mixture
Stir in oats, nuts, toffee, and butterscotch chips.
Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes, or until golden. Do not overcook.
Let cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before removing.
