Steps:
- Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water in saucepan 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Drain Brussels sprouts. Add to onions along with the ham; cook and stir 2 min. or until ham is heated through. Spoon into serving dish.
- Top with cheese and nuts.

- Preheat air fryer to 390°. In a large bowl, toss the first 7 ingredients. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish; top with blue cheese and honey.

- Blanch the Brussels sprouts for 2 or 3 minutes, in boiling water with some salt, and a bit of fresh garlic.
- Remove, and drain on paper.
- Place them on a cookie sheet, and place a thin slice of cheddar, or gouda cheese on top of each. Line the cookie sheet with aluminum foil, if you wish."
- Place them in the oven, under the broiler, until the cheese melts, and bubbles.
- Remove, and serve.
- Enjoy.
