- If using fresh peaches, peel them according to How to Peel Peaches. Then slice them in half and and use your fingers to pull out the pits. Puree the peaches in a food processor or blender until a smooth puree forms. Taste and if your peaches aren’t perfectly ripe and sweet, add a little sugar, honey or maple syrup, then blend again. Refrigerate for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
- Add the peach puree to a champagne flute or glass. Add a splash of Prosecco and stir gently to combine. Then add the remaining Prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice.

- Mint Grapefruit Mimosas. Mint grapefruit mimosas are wonderfully complex. They have plenty of sweetness from the wine and honey, but they’re also fresh and refreshing and just a tiny bit bitter, thanks to the grapefruit.
- Kir Royale. If you’re looking for a couple of cocktails you can whip up in 5 minutes or less, try this recipe for Kir Royale. All you’ll need is some champagne and French berry liqueur (Chambord or crème de cassis).
- Sangria Lemonade. If you like wine, enjoy fruit, and love lemonade, then this is the drink for you. Want to save this recipe? Enter your email below and we'll send the recipe straight to your inbox!
- Frozen Mudslide. Full of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup and sprinkles, this drink may look like something a 6-year-old would order, but it packs one heck of a vodka punch.
- Raspberry Mimosa. This raspberry mimosa isn’t an incredibly strong drink, but it’s beautiful, bubbly, and a brilliant shade of red. It’s gorgeous for any occasion, but it’s especially fitting around Valentine’s Day or Christmas.
- Blackberry Champagne Mule. This drink is beloved by all. Women love it because it’s charming and fruity, and men appreciate its strong vodka and ginger beer flavor.
- Strawberry Margarita. Margaritas are the ultimate brunch drink, particularly in the summertime. They’re sweet and salty, and who can turn down that cold slushiness on a hot summer day?
- Rosé Lemonade. If it looks like lemonade, smells like lemonade, and tastes like lemonade, then it must be lemonade. Unless, of course, it’s rosé lemonade.
- Sweet Tea Sangria. This drink combines a true Southern staple – sweet tea – with a bottle of white wine and some fresh fruit for a caffeinated, intoxicating sangria.
- Frozen Orange Prosecco. Who doesn’t love slushy orange juice with a kick? That’s precisely what this drink is; it’s thick, tangy, and ice cold. This one isn’t my favorite cocktail, but it is one of my favorite cocktails specifically for brunch.

- Make each of your fruit purees separately. For example, start with the strawberries. Add the strawberries to your blender and blend until pureed. Taste the puree to test its tartness, then add in 1 or 2 oz of simple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it, or how water-dense your fruit is – FYI, my blackberries needed more syrup/water than my strawberries b/c the puree was thicker and more tart) and blend again.
- Store the fruit purees in the fridge until you are ready to serve. (Shake or stir the puree if it begins to separate)

- To make the simple syrup, combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture beings to boil. Reduce to a simmer for another minute, then turn off the heat and allow to sit at room temperature to cool. You can do this ahead of time and store it sealed in the fridge. If you make too much, you can easily use it for coffee or cocktails – but I’d rather have more than I need than less.
- Before serving, add each fruit one at a time to the blender to puree. For example, start with the strawberries. Add the strawberries to the blender and blend until pureed, then add in 3 or 4 tablespoons of simple syrup, blending once more. The amount of simple syrup you use is dependent on how sweet and how water dense your fruit is. Taste the puree before adding the syrup and go from there. Keep in mind that prosecco is a dry wine, so it will not add any sweetness. I added anywhere from 2 to 5 tablespoons of syrup for each fruit. After you’ve finished with the strawberries, pour the mixture in a glass or jar, quickly rinse the blender and repeat with the next fruit. Store the fruit purees in the fridge until ready to serve. You can shake the puree if the syrup or water from the fruit begins to settle.
