Delight in this Brownie Cheesecake Trifle with Berries. With brownie mix and a sweetened cream cheese COOL-WHIP layer, this trifle comes together in no time!

Steps:
- Prepare and bake brownies as directed on package; cool completely. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Place half the brownie cubes in large clear straight-sided serving bowl; top with layers of half each of the cream cheese mixture and fruit. Repeat all layers. Drizzle with jam.

KAHLUA BROWNIE CHEESECAKE TRIFLE
Taking all the ingredients I love in a chocolate trifle and came up with a winner in my house. The Kahlua, walnuts and cheesecake flavored pudding make this a nice rich chocolate masterpiece. Everyone asks me to bring this even thou I've shared the recipe ;) They say, it's the way "I" make it ... I think they just want ME to bring it.... Try it - you'll get the ooooh and awwhs! I love to make this before leaving for the lake and after spending the day playing in the sun, come home to this cool and creamy dessert! My boys do to.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350F degrees.
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for 13 × 9-inch rectangular pan, using water, oil and eggs.
- Poke holes in brownies and Drizzle Kahlua over brownies while hot.
- Let brownies cool.
- Cut brownies into 1/2-inch squares.
- Layer brownie squares in the bottom of a 3-quart glass bowl.
- Prepare pudding mixes as directed on package for pudding, Pour half of the Choc pudding over brownies in bowl.
- Top with half each of the toffee bits and whipped cream.
- Repeat with remaining brownies, cream cheese pudding, toffee bits and whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with reserved toffee bits.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
- Cover and refrigerate any remaining trifle -- if there's any left ;).

Steps:
- Prepare brownies with eggs, water and oil according to package directions, using a 13x9 pan.
- Cool. Break brownies into pieces.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy.
- Beat in marshmallow cream.
- Stir in half of the whipped topping; set mixture aside.
- Stir together milk and pudding mix, stirring until thickened. Stir in remaining whipped topping.
- Crumble half of brownie pieces in an even layer in bottom of trifle dish or large glass bowl.
- Pour half of cream cheese mixture over brownies.
- Drizzle with half of caramel topping.
- Top with half of pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- NOTES: Easily doubled and made in a large trifle dish or 13x9 pan.
- Can substitute any flavor pudding.

- Prepare and bake cake according to package directions. Cool; cut into 3/4-in. cubes. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. , In a trifle bowl or individual dessert glasses, layer half of cake cubes, 1-1/2 cups raspberries, half of cream cheese mixture and half of chocolate. Repeat layers. , Top with the remaining raspberries. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate if desired.

- BROWNIES: Line a 9 x 9 metal pan with parchment paper, adding an overhang. Parchment paper is important for easy removal of the brownies. Lightly coat the parchment paper with nonstick spray. Preheat the oven according to package directions. Prepare the brownies according to package directions and bake according to directions for a 9 x 9-inch pan. Let cool completely before chopping into 1 inch cubes with a sharp knife.
- CREAM: In a large bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and 1% milk. With a hand mixer, beat in the pudding mix and then chill for 5 minutes. While it's chilling, add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla paste (or extract) to a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whisk on low speed to combine. Gradually increase to high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1-3 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid over-beating. With a spatula, fold this cream into the condensed milk and pudding mixture. Fold until smooth and combined.
- ASSEMBLE: Place 1/3 of brownie pieces in the bottom of the trifle dish. Cover with 1/3 of the cream and then 1 layer of berries (~1 cup depending on size). Repeat the layers twice: brownies, cream, berries. Chill for 1-3 hours (or overnight for soft brownies) and then serve cold. If desired, garnish with fresh mint.
