- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place the broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Mince the garlic and toss it in with the broccoli.
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil over the broccoli, then season with coarse black pepper and kosher salt.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is tender.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
- Line baking tray with greaseproof paper
- Pulsed a day old bread slices to make fresh breadcrumbs
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder into breadcrumbs
- Add freshly ground black pepper
- Wash and drain out as much water as you could from the broccoli florets.
- Place in a mixing bowl
- Add olive oil.
- Give it a good mix.
- Add half of the breadcrumbs mix into the broccoli bowl.
- Spread broccoli (coated with breadcrumbs mix) onto the baking tray in a single layer
- Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs into the tray, especially those broccoli florets that has less coating.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until broccoli has crisp and the crumbs turned golden in colour
- Serve immediately.

- Add garlic and lemon peel and stir 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and toss to coat.
- Add 1/2 cup water.
- Cover skillet and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender and water has cooked away, about 5 minutes.
- Add cheese and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
CRISPY PARMESAN BROCCOLI

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the broccoli, garlic, 1 tablespoon oil and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the remaining tablespoon oil to coat the bottom of a large ovenproof skillet, preferably cast iron. Add the cheese in an even layer followed by the broccoli. Roast until the broccoli is slightly browned and the cheese is golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the ranch, sriracha, lime zest and juice in a small bowl. Remove the skillet from the oven and drizzle the sauce all over the broccoli.
