BROCCOLI CHEDDAR PASTA SALAD (WALMART COPYCAT RECIPE)
Copycat version of Walmart's Broccoli Cheddar Pasta Salad. Tastes just like the original!

Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, with a few drops of olive oil and dashes of salt in the water to keep the pasta from sticking. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool and set aside in a large bowl.
- Wash the broccoli well and chop into small florets. Chop the onion fine, and mix the broccoli and onions with the pasta. Add the cheddar cheese to the pasta mixture, mix well.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar well. Pour the mixture over the top of the pasta, broccoli and onions, and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

ROASTED CHEDDAR BROCCOLI
Steps:
- Cut 1 large head broccoli into long spears. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil on a baking sheet; season with salt. Roast at 450 degrees F until almost tender, 15 minutes. Toss 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko) with 1 cup grated sharp cheddar, 1 bunch sliced scallions, 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of nutmeg. Sprinkle on the broccoli and roast 15 more minutes.
BROCCOLI-PASTA-CHEDDAR SALAD
This salad is very similar to the deli salad you can buy at Walmart with rotini pasta, cheddar cheese, broccoli, and a yummy sweet-tangy dressing.

- Mix sugar, mayonnaise, and vinegar; set aside.
- Boil noodles until done; drain in colander. Run cold water over pasta to chill.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, onion, cheddar cheese, and broccoli. Pour desired amount of dressing over and toss well. Serve cold.

Steps:
- Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until tender, (about 10 minutes).
- Stir in the broccoli then drain right away.
- Return pasta& broccoli to pot.
- Whisk flour, salt& pepper into the milk& pour over the pasta.
- Mix the mustard in, and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
- Remove pot from heat, add the Cheddar& stir until the cheese melts.
- Note: If you use frozen broccoli, stir it in with the milk.

Have a large bowl ready filled with ice cold water.Drop the broccoli florets into the boiling water, remove after 2 minutes and drop the broccoli into the ice-cold water.Remove from the cold water and set aside until the pasta is ready.Drain the cooked pasta then run it under a very cold tap.
- Tip the pasta into a large serving dish. Add the tomatoes, red onion, basil, broccoli and feta.Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables then toss gently with a large serving spoon.Season with a little salt and pepper if you wish then serve,
