½ cup peanut butter
4 English muffins, split and toasted
1 red apple, cored and sliced
¼ cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each English muffin half. Top each one with a few apple slices. In the microwave, melt together the brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon, stirring frequently until smooth. Drizzle the cinnamon mixture over apple slices. Mmmmmm...

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup raisins
4 English muffins, split and toasted
1 red apple, cored and sliced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Steps:

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each English muffin half.
Top each one with a few apple slices and raisin.
In the microwave, melt together the brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon, stirring frequently until smooth.

This is one of the best breakfasts I have had; I even eat them for a snack. Even if you don't care for peanut butter that much you might LOVE these!

Ingredients

2 English muffins
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 teaspoons peanut butter (or more to your liking)
1/2 gala apples, cored and sliced

Steps:

Toast English muffins; meanwhile heat brown sugar, butter and cinnamon together for a few seconds in microwave or until completely melted.
Stir.
Spread peanut butter on muffins and then top with apple slices.
Spread sugar mixture on top of apple slices.
Enjoy.
You can sprinkle a little lemon juice on the half of apple that you don't use and keep in the fridge until next use.
