BREAKFAST BISCUITS (PAMPERED CHEF)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Cut in butter with Pastry Blender until mix is size of small peas.
- Add milk all at once. Stir until dough sticks together.(Food processor may be used. Use frozen butter cut into pieces) With floured hands, knead dough a little on lightly floured pastry cloth or board.
- Roll out half of dough to about 1/4" thick.
- Place about a scant teaspoons of your choice of filling on dough near the edge.
- Fold dough over filling. Cut and seal into crescent with 3" Cut `n Seal.
- Cut a slash or two in the top.
- Place on Baking Stone. Repeat using remainder of dough. Bake at 350
- degrees for 10 minutes.
- Breakfast Biscuits may be frozen. Defrost and warm in the oven(wrapped in foil) before serving.

CHEESY GARLIC PULL-APART BREAD
I got this recipe from a pampered chef party when I bought their loaf pan. It is really easy to make and delish!! Don't use the large biscuits. The inexpensive small can works best.

- Fan one can of biscuits on one side of pan.
- On the other side of pan fan the other can of biscuits in the other direction.
- Melt butter and mix crushed garlic and pour over biscuits.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Bake in loaf pan.

BREAKFAST CASSEROLE WITH BISCUITS AND GRAVY

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place gravy mix in a medium saucepan; gradually whisk in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute; gravy will thicken upon standing.
- At the same time, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Place biscuits in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour eggs over top, then layer with sausage. Pour gravy over sausage and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake until eggs are set and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.

BOUNTIFUL BRUNCH PIZZA

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cover 15" Round Baking Stone with sheet of Parchment Paper.
- For crust, combine potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper in a 2 quart bowl; mix well.
- Spread potato mixture into a 14" circle on prepared stone; pat down with spatula.
- Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven.
- For egg topping, whisk eggs and milk in a 1 quart bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Microwave on high 3 minutes; stir.
- Microwave an additional 3 minutes; stir.
- Spread the cooked egg mixture evenly over the potato crust.
- Chop ham and bell pepper.
- Slice mushrooms and green onion.
- Sprinkle ham, bell pepper, mushrooms, onions, and cheese over the eggs.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Cut as you would a pizza and serve.
CRISSCROSS APPLE CROWNS(PAMPERED CHEF COPYCAT)
These are so good, you will want them often! Can be breakfast or dessert! Serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream for comfort food heaven! Adapted from The Pampered Chef All The Best Cookbook.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Peel, core and slice apples. Cut apple slices into wedges. Chop walnuts.
- Place apples, walnuts, raisins, flour, 1/4 cup of the sugar and 1 teaspoons of the cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well.
- Microwave apple mixture on high 3 minutes or until hot; mix well.
- Separate 12 biscuits. You may discard the remaining or set aside for another use. Using a rolling pin(or round glass jar), roll each biscuit into a 5" circle.
- Combine remaining sugar and remaining cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon mix evenly over the biscuits. Divide apple mixture evenly onto center of each biscuit.
- Gather up the edges over the filling, pinching lightly to seal.
- Melt butter in microwave on high 20 seconds, or until melted.
- Holding filled biscuits at the sealed end, dip each biscuit into butter, then into remaining cinnamon/sugar mixute in bowl.
- Place the biscuits, seam side down, into a muffin pan. Cut an X pattern (crisscross)through the top of each biscuit.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from pan. Serve with icre cream if you would like! Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl mix quartered biscuits, garlic, l cup of sauce & 2 cups of cheese.
- Add toppings and save some for the top layer.
- Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan.
- Pour remaining sauce & cheese on top followed by the toppings. (use more sauce or cheese to taste).
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
