MULTI-SEED LOAF (BREAD MACHINE)
I bake my own bread and have been playing around with different mixtures. This is the best so far and tastes slightly nutty. Excellent for everyday and feels a bit healthier than the normal white loaf! It is a very easy recipe and takes a couple of minutes to prepare.

Steps:
- Add the ingredients into the bread-machine in the order they appear above, so water first and seeds last.(You can buy seed mixes but I make up my own by buying small bags of each seed and mixing roughly equal quantities of each together in a tupperware box).
- Put the machine on the normal white bread cycle. Make sure the dough looks smooth after the first mixing stage - if not add flour or water as required.
- Sit back and relax. In 3-4 hours (depending on your bread machine) you will have a delicious and healthy bread.

SUPERB HERB BREAD
Caraway, poppy seed, sage and nutmeg give this tender bread its superb flavor. "I received a blue ribbon at our fall festival for this recipe," notes Doris White of De Land, Illinois. "My bread machine makes it convenient to prepare the dough for this loaf-it's light, delicious and the wheat flour makes it extra nutritious."

PITA BREAD FOR BREAD MACHINE
I found this stuffed in my recipe box. I'm not sure where I found it, but I decided to try this with Gyros. These were delicious! The recipe wasn't specific on the temperature of the water, & after I had all of the ingredients in the pan, I remembered that I should have used warm water (120-130 degrees F). But I goofed & used cold water. I thought I'd try it anyways & if it didn't work I'd just make another batch. But I got lucky, because it raised just fine. I also used all-purpose flour. This was my first time making pita bread, so for any of you who are new to making pitas as well, here are some tips for rolling them out. If you roll them out to 6-7 inches, they do not puff very much & you can use them like a tortilla. However, if you roll them a little smaller (some of mine just didn't want to stretch to 6 inches) & have them a little thicker (not too much) they puff up & you can cut them in half for pita pockets. For some wierd reason, this really impressed me! Note: If you use a stone pan to bake these, bake for 4 minutes & do not turn. *Prep time varies for all bread machines, so I didn't list that part. My prep time was 1 hour, 20 minutes.

- Unplug your bread machine. Remove the bread pan from the bread machine (so when you add the ingredients to the bread pan, they can not accidentally spill into the machine).
- Pour the milk, butter & honey into the bread pan and then add the other ingredients. Place the bread machine yeast in last and the yeast should not touch the liquid or salt (until the bread machine is turned on and the ingredients start to be mixed together). Place bread pan (with ingredients) back into bread machine.
- Plug in bread machine. Enter the correct settings (1.5 lb, light color, basic bread) and press the “start” button.
