⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk, half-and-half or light cream
1 teaspoon caraway seeds, crushed
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
10 ounces Wisconsin Aged Cheddar cheese or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (19 3/4 ounce) package cheddar bratwursts (we use Johnsonville Cheddar Brats)
5 hot dog buns
5 slices cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, sliced
2 (12 ounce) cans beer
