Steps:
- Mix whipping cream and whole milk in a pot, add shredded asiago cheese and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
- Whisk in flour, preferably adding it through a sieve.
- Put the pot over slow heat. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens without boiling it.
- Add a pinch of bullion cube for extra taste and flavor.
- Taste for salt and pepper, add more if needed.
- The sauce will still have a slightly runny consistency, but it'll thickens more when chilled.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until deep golden brown on both sides and done in the middle. Remove the chicken from the skillet and add the minced garlic. Cook the garlic for 1 minute, then pour in the broth. Let it bubble up and reduce for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
- Next, add the half-and-half, cream and some salt and pepper. Add the Parmesan, whisking constantly until it's all combined. Allow the liquid to heat up and thicken for a few minutes. If it gets too thick, you may thin it with a little chicken broth.
- When the sauce looks good, remove it from the heat. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with the grape tomatoes, spinach and pasta. Toss, taste, adjust the seasoning, top with minced parsley and serve immediately in the skillet!

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken cubes, reducing heat if necessary, until no longer pink in center and juices run clear. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups cream to a simmer, stirring often. Whisk in bouillon and cheese until well blended and bouillon has dissolved completely. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water, and whisk into mixture. Cook and stir 2 minutes more, then remove from heat and set aside.
- Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Stir in prosciutto, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender, about 3 minutes. Add chicken, reduce heat, and continue cooking until chicken is heated through. Return sauce to the stove and add remaining 1/4 cup cream and parsley flakes. Heat through.
- To serve, place pasta in a large mixing or serving bowl. Add chicken and mushroom mixture and pour in cream sauce. Toss well, and serve.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain.
- Quickly rinse the cooked pasta in cold water to stop it from continuing to cook; drain.
- Mix the cooled pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, sliced green onions, celery, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Gently stir the salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, sugar, basil, and salt in a bowl until evenly mixed.
- Pour the salad dressing mixture over the pasta mixture; gently toss to coat evenly.

- make the white sauce:.
- cook the butter and flour over med-low for 5 minutes continually stirring.
- heat the milk and microwave and add to butter and flour, cook until smooth and thick.
- add the cheeses, salt and pepper, onions, procetto, and chicken.
- cook until the cheese are melted and the ingredients are combined.
- boil water for pasta, add salt.
- once boiling, add pasta.
- cook pasta as directed on package (about 10-12 minutes) then drain.
- return pasta to pan and add cream sauce.

- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir just until mixed.
- Add the evaporated milk, regular milk and chicken broth and cook, stirring often, until the sauce thickens and begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the Asiago cheese, stirring just until the cheese melts smoothly into the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large, preferably non-stick, skillet. Add the cubed chicken, parsley and garlic, and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is opaque and cooked through - 8 to 10 minutes. Add the Asiago sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Meanwhile, cook the bow tie pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but not mushy.
- Drain well in a colander, then return pasta to the pot and add the chicken and Asiago sauce. Toss to combine and serve immediately, with additional grated Asiago cheese sprinkled on top, if desired.
- If making ahead, transfer the sauce to a covered container and refrigerate. When you are ready to serve dinner, place sauce in a large saucepan and heat very gently over low heat, stirring often. Don't let it boil.

- Rub pepper and cayenne over chicken. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Set aside and keep warm. , In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 2 teaspoons drippings. In the drippings, saute mushrooms, onion and garlic. Remove from the heat; set aside., Cook pasta according to package directions. - In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook 2 cups cream until just bubbling. Watch carefully, to ensure that it doesn't boil over. Stir in bouillon and Asiago cheese. - Add onions and chopped garlic.
- Saute over medium heat for 5 minutes.

- Cook the pasta in at least 2 quarts of salted water according to package instructions. Drain.
- Melt one tablespoon of butter with the olive oil in a sauce pan, and then saute the onion until transparent.
- Mix the tomato sauce and vodka, together and add to the pan that has been removed from the heat. Return the pan to the heat, stir and then add the garlic and basil.
- When the sauce starts to bubble, turn the heat to low, add the second tablespoon of butter and continue to cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
- Add the pasta to the pan and toss to coat.
- If desired, grated Parmesan cheese can be added after the pasta has been plated.

- While the pasta is cooking, chop bacon into 1" pieces. Add bacon to a large skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes until bacon is cooked through. With a slotted spoon, remove bacon from skillet, and place on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess grease.
- Add sliced chicken, diced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon fat. Cook for 6-8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and onions are softened.
