2 oz bourbon
2 oz cherry juice
2 oz carbonated water
1 c ice

Steps:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour cherry juice, bourbon, and lastly the carbonated water over the ice. Stir briefly with a straw; serve!

Black cherries are used to infuse bourbon for the ultimate cherry soda. Cherry Bourbon can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

1 cup bourbon, such as Eagle Rare or Maker's Mark
3/4 cup packed golden brown sugar
2 cups whole fresh black cherries, stems left on and pitted
16 ounces (2 cups) soda water

Steps:

Add the bourbon and brown sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Pack cherries into a small jar and pour the hot liquid over; press gently on the cherries to make sure they are submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 week or up to 1 month.
To prepare sodas: Fill four 12-ounce rocks glasses with ice, add 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) cherry-infused bourbon to each glass and top with about 4 ounces soda water each. Garnish with 2 or 3 whole Bourbon Cherries. Serve immediately.

1 (12-oz.) can Dr. Brown's Cherry Soda
1 1/2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. fresh lemon juice

Steps:

Pour off or drink 5 oz. from cherry soda so that 7 oz. remain in can. Combine bourbon, Campari, and lemon juice in a measuring glass or cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and stir or shake well to combine, about 20 seconds. Strain into can.

1 ¼ cups fresh cherries (pitted)
1 tsp. sugar
12 oz cold coca cola

Steps:

Remove the seeds from the cherries and dice.
Place in a large glass muddle together the bourbon, cherries and sugar until you have a pulp.
Add to a bar shaker and shake to mix.
Strain the liquor mix into 2 glasses.
Top off with cola.
Garnish

1 1/2 cups stemless, pitted cherries, chopped in half
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
Bourbon (of your preference)
2 bottles of Club Soda
3-4 tbsp heavy cream
Whipped cream (optional)
Cherries, with stems (optional)

Steps:

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, bring cherries (and any juices), water, and sugar to a simmer. Cook for about 30 minutes, until the syrup mixture has thickened slightly and the cherries are wrinkly. Remove from heat, strain mixture through a sieve and discard the solids. Cover and transfer syrup to the fridge until chilled.
This really depends on the size of the glasses you're going to use, but here's what I did in mine: add 1/4 cup of the syrup to each glass. Then add two tablespoons of bourbon, 3/4 cup Club Soda, and 1-2 tablespoons of cream. (As long as you keep a 1:3 ratio of syrup and club soda, you should be good to go.) Top each glass with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy!

Pour the bourbon over the cherries and then the vanilla, I made homemade vanilla using a bottle of bourbon, so this was bourbon vanilla, either is fine.
Then add in maple syrup, lemon juice and using a muddler or the end of a thick wooden spoon, gently smash the cherries with the liquids, releasing their juices and flavors.
