Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced kiwi
2 sliced bananas
1/2-1 cup green grapes
1.5 cups watermelon, cubed
1.5 cups cantelope, cubed

Steps:

Wash all your vegetables that need to be washed
Sliced the kiwi, watermelon, and cantelope - as well as the grapes if there will be young children
Toss in a bowl and refrigerate with blueberries and kiwi
Right before you are ready to serve it, slice the blueberries and fold in
Serve immediately and refrigerate the leftovers

4 cups seedless watermelon balls
3 cups fresh strawberries
3 cups sliced bananas
2 ½ cups mandarin orange slices
1 cup orange-flavored vodka

Steps:

Combine watermelon, strawberries, bananas, and mandarin slices in a large bowl. Pour in vodka and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator until serving.

I've used this recipe for many years varying the fruits that I include. I often add apples, bananas, and/or blueberries. Though there are specific measurements in the recipe, there is no need to carefully measure each ingredient - just approximate the quantities of your favorite fruits to have a beautiful and delicious salad. I have frequently served this Christmas morning.

2 cups green grapes
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced peaches
2 cups orange segments
1 cup peeled sliced kiwi
½ cup orange juice
½ cup orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau®)
2 tablespoons white sugar

Steps:

Mix grapes, strawberries, peaches, orange segments, and kiwi in a large bowl.
Whisk orange juice, orange-flavored liqueur, and sugar together in a bowl until sugar dissolves; gently stir into fruit until evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours.
