- Combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, vanilla, and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Add melted butter only until the mixture comes together and can be easily shaped into balls. (Depending on how you chopped your ingredients, you may have some leftover butter.)
- Shape pecan mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the refrigerator or freezer for an hour.
- Melt almond bark according to package directions.
- Remove balls from refrigerator and dip into the chocolate almond bark.
- Place dipped balls on parchment or wax paper and let sit until set.

- Combine 1 cup pecans and bourbon; let stand, covered, for 8 hours or overnight., Cream butter and confectioners' sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until crumbly; stir in pecan mixture. Refrigerate, covered, until firm enough to shape, about 45 minutes. Shape into 1-in. balls; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. - In a medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, nuts and cocoa, mixing well,.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, rum or juice, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients mixing until all is moistened. Shape into small balls. Mixture will be slightly sticky but will firm up when refrigerated. Roll in choice of coating (cocoa, icing sugar, ground nuts, sprinkles, coconut) Place in small fluted candy cups. Chill until firm and then transfer to airtight container and store in refrigerator.
- FLAVOR COMBOS:.
- Orange Pecan: 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans, 2 tablespoons orange Juice.
- Rum Coconut: 1/4 cup Flaked Coconut, 2 teaspoons Rum.
- Amaretto: 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur.
- Hazelnut: 1/4 cup chopped hazelnut, 2 tablespoons rum.
