- Slice the cucumber, lemon, oranges and limes up and divide the ingredients between four 24 ounce water bottles and fill them up with filtered water. Add some sprigs of mint. Drink daily, not only does this taste delicious and help flush fat, but it also counts toward your daily water intake! Notes: Lemons help in the absorption of sugars and calcium and cuts down your cravings for sweets. Cucumbers act as a diuretic and flush fat cells. - Fill up a pitcher with water (about 6 cups). Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons into the pitcher. Cut the third lemon into slices and it to the pitcher along with cucumber slices and mint and let all ingredients set for 1-3 hours before drinking. The longer it sets the more flavorful the water. Fill the remaining pitcher with ice. Enjoy chilled in a glass.
