- 1. ADD THE ORANGE JUICE, GINGER AND SUGAR TO A MEDIUM BOWL. STIR TO COMBINE. LET THE LIQUID SIT UNTIL ALL THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED ABOUT ONE HOUR 2. REMOVE THE GINGER STRAIN THE LIQUID. ADD VINEGAR, MIX, COVER AND REFRIGERATE.

- Pour the strained liquid into a jar or bottle with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator. It should last for several months.
