Steps:
- Combine the coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
- Add ice cream, and chocolate syrup then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Stop blender and stir mixture with a spoon if necessary to help blend ingredients.
- Pour drink into two 16 ounce glasses.

ICED MOCHA SHAKE
I went through pages of coffe/mocha shakes/smoothies recipes, but didn't find one like this. So I'm posting it. You have to love coffee, but if you do, you'll love this. For calorie counters, use non-fat frozen yoghurt and skim milk and artificial sweetener. If you don't care about calories, use ice cream and cream.

Steps:
- Brew the coffee-I use 1/4 cup Starbucks Bold grounds to 1 cup water.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the hot coffee and stir until the powdered milk is dissolved.
- Chill until cold by placing in a refrigerator or dropping some ice cubes in the mixture.
- When chilled,blend with ice until thick and slushy-you'll probably need 1-2 trays of ice cubes.
- Pour in Starbucks Venti cold cups and enjoy!
- Quick Note:You can also double,triple,quadruple,ect this recipe and store in a pitcher in the refrigerator, just stir really good before using.
- 1 cup of the liquid makes 1 drink.
MOCHA MILKSHAKE

Steps:
- Roughly chop 75g of the chocolate and put into a large jug with the coffee. Bring 300ml of the milk just to the boil, then pour over the chocolate and coffee mix, stirring to melt. Once melted, cool.
- Tip the cooled mocha milk into the blender with the ice cream and remaining milk. Blitz until blended, then pour into 4 tall glasses. Add an extra scoop of ice cream to each, if you like, then grate a little of the remaining chocolate on top.
