BLACK-PEPPER FROZEN YOGURT

Steps:
- Heat sugar and pepper in a 2- to 3-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a fork to heat sugar evenly, until it starts to melt, then stop stirring and cook, swirling pan occasionally so sugar melts evenly, until it is pale golden. Remove from heat.
- Whisk together cornstarch and milk, then add to caramel with 1/4 teaspoon salt (mixture will bubble and steam). Simmer, stirring, until caramel has dissolved and mixture is slightly thickened, 2 to 4 minutes. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, then whisk in yogurt. Chill until cold, about 8 hours.
- Freeze in ice cream maker, then transfer to an airtight container and put in freezer to firm up.

- Combine strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker and muddle until well broken up. Add gin and Greek yogurt and fill shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice, then double-strain cocktail into it. Grind black pepper on top and garnish with the strawberry slice.

Steps:
- Mix together salt, beef, bulgar, onion, red pepper, black pepper, one egg. Use food processor if necessary to blend. Dip hands in cold roll into balls about a size of a quarter.
- For broth crack egg in yogurt and mix well with mint. Heat up 2 cans broth along with 2 cups water, add yogurt mix and keep stirring so soup will not curdle. Add butter and stir until melted.
- Once broth is nearly boiling add meatballs and heat for ten minutes.
- Note: If you want a richer soup, add a pea size pat of butter in the middle of each meatball. It helps if they are cut up and then frozen when rolling the meatball.
