BRICKLE DROP COOKIES
These easy brickle drop cookies are buttery, chewy, and perfect for dunking in a cold glass of milk.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with nonstick baking mat or parchment paper
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together butter and sugars until well combined
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well
- Sift together flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt, slowly add to the butter mixture, beating on low speed between each addition
- Add brickle bits and stir to combine
- Drop by tablespoon fulls onto prepared baking sheets, leaving room for cookies to spread
- Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. In the bowl of your stand mixer using the paddle attachment, pour in the cake mix.
- 3. Add the butter and egg and whip until smooth.
- 4. PAM a 13x9 pan.
- 5. Pat the cake mix, butter, and egg batter into the pan.
- 6. In a clean bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and one beaten egg.
- 7. Fold in one-half package of the Bits O'Brickle Toffee Bits.
- 8. Add one-half package of chopped pecans.
- 9. Pour this mixture on top of the cake batter.
- 10. Bake for 25 minutes.
- 11. Remove from the oven and cut into bars while still warm.

- In a small bowl mix Bits o' Brickle with liquid shortening until evenly coated then stir in 6 tablespoons flour until well coated
- Set aside
- In a large bowl combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla
- Beat until creamy
- Beat in egg
- Gradually add the salt, baking soda, and flour
- Mix well
- Stir in the coated Bits o' Brickle
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 325 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes

This recipe is on part of a bag of Bits 'O Brickle from who knows when. Thought it would be a good idea to post it before I misplace it (again). It is a good recipe, try it.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease 8-inch square pan.
- I use cooking spray.
- In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- Beat eggs well.
- Gradually add both sugars and beat until thick and creamy.
- Add melted butter and vanilla and almond extract.
- Gently stir in flour until mixture is moist.
- Fold in in Bits'O Brickle (and nuts).
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting.

- In a large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, powdered sugar, margarine and oil until blended. Add extract and eggs, blending well.
- Add flours, soda, cream of tartar and salt and mix well. Stir in almonds and brickle. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shape tbsps. of dough into balls. Roll balls I granulated sugar. Place 4-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- With fork dipped in sugar, flatten each in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes or until light and golden brown around edges.
- Cool one minute and remove from baking sheets. Cool completely on wire racks.
