What's the secret ingredient for easy, fluffy, and crispy waffles?! With help from a box of baking mix and a bottle of club soda, these Bisquick Waffles come together with just 5 minutes and 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick
1 large egg
1 ¼ cups club soda ((a 10-ounce bottle))
¼ cup vegetable oil
Optional, for serving: butter, syrup, fresh berries, whipped cream

Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, egg, club soda and oil. Let the batter rest while you preheat the waffle iron.
Cook waffles in a lightly oiled waffle iron for 3-5 minutes each, or until cooked through and golden brown.

2 cups Bisquick
1 1/3 cups club soda
1 egg
1/2 cup oil

Steps:

Mix together all ingredients.
Pour onto preheated waffle iron.
