- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, mixing well to ensure the rice cooks. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

I found this in some cookbook, but I've omitted quite a few things to suit my likes. Omitted is some Ham, Water Chestnuts, Celery, Paprika, and Pepper. Amount of servings really depends on if you eat this as a meal or side dish.
