1 cup cumin seed
1 cup fennel seed
1 cup cinnamon stick
1 cup coriander seed
1/2 cup peppercorn
1/4 cup red chili pepper flakes
1/2 cup turmeric

Steps:

An easy dessert that will hold in the fridge until wanted after dinner. The recipe gave no time so the 20 mins given is a total guess.

Ingredients

100 g dates
200 ml cream, heavy
sugar, to taste (optional)
5 almonds
5 pistachios

Steps:

Wash and remove seed from100 grams dates.
Beat 200 ml cream until its thick, beat in any sugar you will be using if desired, being sure to beat until sugar is dissolved.
Slice 5 almonds and 5 pistachios finely.
In a deep platter place cream and dates and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
Chill and serve.

1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 -3 whole cloves
1 teaspoon turmeric (optional-will add a yellow color to food)

Steps:

Mix all together and store in a jar with lid.
Use in meat and vegetable stews.
May also add to rice dishes, soups, lentil and bean dishes.
