Better Than Chipotle Guacamole Food
BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE GUACAMOLE
This guacamole recipe is inspired by chipotle's recipe. It has a few minor tweaks that I personally think make the guacamole much better

Steps:
- mash up the 2 avocados in a large bowl.
- chop the red onion and add to the bowl with the avocado.
- add the jalapeño slices and the jalapeño juice (don't need very much of the jalapeño juice).
- add as much cilantro as you'd like. I use a lot because the cilantro helps cool the heat from the jalapeño juice. also adds great flavor.
- squeeze the juice from the 2 lemons and the 1 lime into the bowl.
- mash and stir all the ingredients.
- add as much pink himalayan salt as you'd like. I personally use a little extra than normal.
- your guacamole is ready to serve. it should have a nice smooth, juicy texture. best served with black bean and quinoa chips from trader joes.

CHIPOTLE'S GUACAMOLE RECIPE
I'm told this is the guacamole from Chipotle's. I'm also told that Haas avocados are the key, but I really have no idea if that's a set in stone fact. I've never had Chipotle's guacamole, as there are none near me, but I have had this, and I sure do like it, no matter who came up with it.

- Add lime juice.
- Add all other ingredients and blend well.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
