BEET-CARROT-APPLE JUICE
This ruby red juice is a good source of both vitamins C and K. It also contains Beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body-good for skin and night vision. Be sure to drink your juice as soon as possible after it's made for the most nutritious bang. Adding chia seeds helps replace the fiber that is lost in the juicing process.

Steps:
- Wash apple, beetroot and carrots and peel off the skin with a peeler. Cut these in to wedges.
- Transfer these wedges in to a juice extractor.
- Add 1 cup of water and blend it for few seconds.
- Add ginger, lemon juice and mint as mentioned above.
- Blend it again till you get smooth texture.
- Add few pieces of ice in you glass and pour this juice and have it immediately.
- Serve chilled.

- If you don't have a juice extractor, line a filter with cheese cloth, gather the edges of the cloth, then twist and squeeze the juice.
- Better to add chilled water while blending.
- Those who prefer honey in order to sweeten up your juice do so and skip adding sugar.
- Use gloves while making this recipe as beets will stain your hands.
- Use beets, apple and carrots which are kept in the refrigerator. The taste will be awesome compared to those kept in the room temperature.
