BEEFY CHEESE BALL

Steps:

• Knead all together with hands.
• Form into a ball.
• You can roll in chopped nuts if desired.
• Chill.
• It taste good immediately, but it's better if it sits for a couple of hours.

• Beat cream cheese.
• Add 2 pkgs.
• of beef, Worchestershire sauce, salt, and onion.
• Continue beating until well mixed.
• Refrigerate until chilled.
• Form cream cheese mixture into a ball.
• Roll the ball in the remaining pkg.
• of beef to cover the outside.
• Serve with crackers.

BEEF AND CHEESE BALL

Steps:

• In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 2/3 of the beef, onion, green bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and onion juice. Mix well and shape mixture into a ball. Using the reserved beef, coat the rest of the ball with beef.

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients in a bowl together and turn out onto a sheet of wax paper. Mold the cheese into a ball and chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, chop up a handful of flat leaf parsley and roll the cheese ball in it. Serve with crackers.

• Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy with crackers or store overnight in refrigerator.

Steps:

• Place cream cheese in a large bowl. Chop corned beef and green onions pretty fine. You dont want large pieces in this. Pour chopped onions and beef into bowl. Add the seasoned salt and Worcestershire to bowl. Mix thoroughly and form into ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Cover and chill over night. Take it out a few hours before being served to allow to soften. Steps:

• Mix together the cream cheese, pineapple, onion, bell pepper and seasoning salt.
• Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill and serve with butter crackers.

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, beef, onions and horseradish. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Shape into a ball, then roll in walnuts. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap., Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers and vegetables.

DRIED BEEF CHEESEBALL

Steps:

• About 1/2 hour prior to making your ball, remove cream cheese from refrigerator and soften.
• Chop onions and 3/4 jar of beef. With your hands, mix softened cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce and beef; when ingredients are well mixed, shape into a ball.
• Cut remaining dried beef into small pieces and place on cheese ball in layers and cover.
• Refrigerate before serving.
• Serve with crackers.
