Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Arrange TATER TOTS in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skilled sprayed with cooking spray; drain. Return meat to skillet. Remove from heat. Add broccoli, tomatoes and 1-1/2 cups onions; mix well.
- Whisk soup, milk and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Spoon over TATER TOTS. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
- Saute the onion until translucent.
- Add stew meat and cook on high heat until meat is browned on all sides (3-5 minutes). Pour 2 cups water, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce into the skillet.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil and reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Then combine the gravy mix with 1 cup of water, mix thoroughly and stir into the meat. Bring to boil, stirring frequently until it slightly thickens.
- Serve over egg noodles.

- Heat oven to 425ºF.
- Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, microwave pot roast as directed on package; cool slightly. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in medium saucepan. Add beef gravy and onion dip; mix well. Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
- Cook mushrooms in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 to 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat, peas and carrots; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Spoon TATER TOTS onto platter; drizzle with gravy mixture. Top with meat and French fried onions.

BEEF TIPS AND TOTS
I'm going to show you this very old-school method of making beef tips, which, once made, can be used to top lots of things--but my favorite thing to top with tips is probably Tater Tots®. And if you're looking for new ways to prepare lean, cheap, tough cuts of beef, this is one of my all-time favorite methods. You can give this an upgrade by topping with diced red onion, grated Cheddar cheese, and freshly sliced green onions, or you can serve the beef tips over hot mashed potatoes instead of tots, if you like.

- Slice beef into 3/4-inch strips; then slice these pieces, at an angle, into smaller "tips." Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering. Transfer in beef, arranging in a single layer. Let the meat sear until browned, 3 to 5 minutes, before turning over and browning the other side.
- Reduce heat to medium and add tomato paste, garlic, and butter. Stir everything until the butter melts, and then stir in the flour. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir in broth. Raise heat to high and bring to a simmer. Reduce to low, cover, and cook until beef is starting to get tender, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Uncover, turn heat to medium, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened, and the meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
- While meat simmers, bake potato nuggets in the preheated oven until crispy and heated through, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Taste beef tips and adjust the seasoning. Serve immediately over hot potato nuggets.
